Oooo Not Again!!! And … More Trouble For Chris Brown!

We had thought that incident was dead and gone but “Fine China” singer; Chris Brown seems to be in more lawsuit relationships than he is with women!
His legal troubles just got worse as he’s now being smacked with another lawsuit by singer Frank Ocean’s
cousin for unspecified damages.

Sha’Keir Duarte was among those who got caught up with the punch-up that occurred between the two artists and their entourages in an L.A parking lot last January. Duarte claims Brown encouraged his bodyguard, Hood to beat the living day light out of him by shouting “get that n*****”. And after the beat down, he heard Brown yelling, “you got your a** beat and its all on camera.”

Rihanna’s ex boo has made no comment neither has his legal team who, according to report ‘presumably hopes that’s not true’. Duarte states he suffered multiple kicks to the body and several to the head leading to him becoming permanently disabled.

Surprisingly, Frank Ocean has said nothing so far. Specs are he may remain silent since he didn’t press charges against Brown few weeks after the incident. He claimed it could have risen to a ‘hate crime’ after Brown allegedly called Ocean a ‘fr***k’.

Would Brown escape this time, especially when his nonsense was caught on cam? Whats he gonna do now.. Jeezz
