Akwa Ibom Youths plan converge in Lagos

With over THREE  THOUSAND (3,000) YOUTHS expected from all States of the Federation including FCT, Abuja, the event has been adjudged the largest gathering of Akwa –Ibom youth and the most anticipated Akwa -Ibom youth event as a result of the enormous positive impact it has offered the lives of
many.  Organizers of AKWA -IBOM YOUTH CONVENTION,’LAGOS 2013’ a yearly event put together by IBOM YOUTH PATHFINDER an arm of Akwa Ibom Youth Development Association  seeks to  bring all Akwa -Ibom youths from all walks of life to promote our rich cultural heritage,Celebrate and inspire them to become good ambassadors of Akwa- Ibom State and Nigeria at large.

This year, with a theme: Accelerating Youth Empowerment in Akwa bom State will kick off by 8 am on September 21st, 2013  at the 3,000 Capacity  University of Lagos Multi Purpose Hall C, poised to promote the rich Cultural Heritage of Akwa Ibom State,Celebrate;Inspire and give Akwa Ibom Youths a strong voice to participate in decision making in Akwa Ibom State.

According to the Secretary  General of the Organisation, Aniekan Eshiet, the organisation is  poised to inform equip and empower AKWA -IBOM YOUTH by using a team of highly motivated individuals that are dedicated to professionalism,integrity,excellence,and who are driven by the fear of God and passion for changing and moulding the lives of Akwa Ibom youths.

AKWA -IBOM YOUTH CONVENTION,’LAGOS 2013’ is an annual event that seeks to promote,advance and celebrate the dynamic growth of AKWA Ibom state youths in all walks of life like actors,actresses,students,models, ,sports men and women, scientist,engineers,fashion designers, architects,nurses,business men,models,comedians,pilot s,farmers, medical doctors,nurses,broadcasters,journalist,mechanics and many more.
